Couples Therapy

Access a deeper relationship with yourself and your life.

A Space to Understand Each Other, Not Just “Fix” the Relationship

You might be here because something between you feels broken, distant, or stuck. Maybe you’re caught in the same fights on repeat, or maybe the intimacy has faded. Perhaps you’re facing a crisis such as infidelity, a major life transition, or a significant loss.

In my practice, couples therapy offers space to slow down and listen in a new way, where both of you can be seen, heard, and understood. We’ll assess the health of your relationship, identify destructive patterns, strengthen your friendship, manage conflict constructively, and create shared meaning together in order to rebuild trust, honesty, and connection.

We will also look beneath the surface. We’ll explore how your deeper needs, early attachment experiences, family dynamics, and unresolved emotions show up in your relationship today.

This work takes courage. It asks you both to acknowledge your own contributions to the problems, the ways you hurt each other, and the fears you carry. But within a safe, non-judgmental space, this work can save what matters most.

Understanding What’s Beneath the Conflict Creates Space for Change

Couples therapy is a collaborative and reflective process grounded in honesty, curiosity, and connection. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, emotions, and unspoken dynamics that shape how you relate — not to assign blame, but to understand what’s happening between you and why. Whether you’re feeling distant, caught in the same arguments, or struggling to reconnect, therapy offers space for open dialogue and genuine understanding. My role is to help each partner feel seen and heard so your relationship can move toward greater empathy, trust, and closeness.

What we'll work on in therapy:

=

Understanding recurring conflicts and communication patterns

=

Strengthening emotional connection and trust

=

Learning to listen and respond with curiosity, not defense

=

Navigating transitions, distance, or disconnection

=

Building compassion for each partner’s inner world

=

Creating a relationship that feels more honest and resilient

Working In Depth Makes A Difference

The work is about cultivating a relationship with all parts of yourself – even the ones you avoid – in order to discover a deeper sense of purpose, wholeness, and authenticity. This creates space for profound, lasting transformation.
