Individual therapy with me is an invitation to slow down and look beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you move through the world, and begin to relate to them with honesty and compassion.
I’ll provide the space you need to safely feel conflicting emotions, sit with uncertainty, and even look at the parts of yourself you might hate or hide. This might look like self-inquiry through talking about memories, dreams, or current emotions. By bringing repressed thoughts, feelings, and contemplations back into conscious awareness, this exploration can lead to real healing.
